Faith and Fellowship: The Winning Team
We may sometimes find ourselves in our own battles, perhaps those battles are our own Spiritual battles for our Souls. Our God is the God of Angels armies, He is always ready to protect us. When God defends us we have no need to defend ourselves. For we are on the winning team. If you are finding yourself feeling defeated and outnumbered by the world. Do not feel discouraged. Victory is all around you. Yes, you are on the winning team. With God on our side we will always win! We are victorious.
God’s presence is all around us. Our winning team consists of great players. Each and everyone of us are unique and valuable members of the winning team. Ephesians 4:16 teaches us, “from whom the body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does it share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in Love”.
Life journey is about teamwork. Our winning team has the greatest leader ever known.
Our leader has given us the playbook for life. As believers our playbook is called The Word of God.
When we read the pages we will find all things to win within the pages of the Bible.
The instructions will help us to understand what we need to live a successful life. Yes, we may have to face challenges during our lifetime, Always remember we are the winning team! Our lives are empowered with the fruit of the spirit. When life seems to become overwhelming. We are on the winning team!
God always wins, abide in God’s word and the word will lead you to great Victory, Let us take the time to care for one another. Let us use the role of an athlete that brag on their team, Therefore if sport fans are celebrating their team winning. Let us as believers celebrate our winning team.
“Ye shall be witnesses unto both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth”, Acts 1:8
Let us therefore witness about our winning team, which is Jesus. The Kingdom of God is our Winning Team.
As we meditate on the word of God this week, let us remember, Not the government or any other earthly authority can compare to the ultimate Winner.
The ultimate Winner is God and when he comes and reigns again upon the earth. The Winning Team shall join him in all his Glory and Splendor.
