Emily Hege scored 44 points which pushed her above a record her dad has held for years. He had the record for the most points scored in Davidson County by a male of 2203. Emily finished the night with 2231.

Charlie’s champions is a foundation named after Charlie Ward. The foundation was founded in 2021 in an effort to help families with children fighting childhood cancer.

The school board had a scheduled meeting Monday and many parents showed up share their thoughts.
