WEATHER ALERT: 2-HOUR DELAY FOR JANUARY 16, 2025

Due to continued weather-related concerns, Lexington City Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay for both students and staff on Thursday, January 16, 2025. The safety of our students and staff remains our top priority.

Due to road conditions, there may be some areas that our buses will not be able to access. If this occurs, your child’s attendance will not be impacted. We encourage families to make the necessary adjustments to their schedules to accommodate this delay.

Please use your best judgment when traveling during this time, and be sure to stay tuned to district communication channels for any further updates.
