Davidson Caregiver Academy Announces 2025 Schedule
Davidson County, NC – Davidson Caregiver Academy is proud to announce its 2025 quarterly lunch and learn series, providing education and support for local caregivers. The Academy is a partnership between The Life Center of Davidson County, Hospice of Davidson County, Davidson County Senior Services and Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist. Caregivers of all ages are welcome to participate at no charge.
Caregiver education plays an important role in preparing caregivers for the emotional and physical demands of their responsibilities. Davidson Caregiver Academy provides practical education and support one class at a time, so you can be a confident and courageous caregiver for your loved one. 2025 classes include Stress Management for Caregivers on March 25, a Caregiver Resource Fair on May 6, Dementia-Related Behaviors on July 9 and Legal Issues for Caregivers on October 8. Classes run from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. and lunch is included. Preregistration is required for each class 3 days in advance.
