The Davidson-Davie Apprenticeship Consortium (DDAC) has added two companies, Owens & Minor and Cascade Die Casting, increasing its membership to eight companies.
In a relatively short period of time, they have grown to the point that they have almost 2500 members. Courtney and April had a vision that could see past the size of the city, and the already existing entertainment venues, and take a leap of faith that Lexington was ready for and would embrace this type of establishment.

A fire that begin shortly before 3pm on Tuesday afternoon at Brooker T’s Cafe on Main St. in Uptown Lexington has been extinguished. The cause of the fire hasn’t been determined.
A fire at Brooker T’s Café on Main St. has created detours in Uptown Lexington. From what Davidson Local has been able to gather from sources including Lexington Mayor Jason Hayes and the Lexington Police Department, a call came into 911 shortly before 3:00pm about a fire at the restaurant.
