NCSEAA offers scholarship opportunities
North Carolina’s Opportunity Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to help families afford private school tuition, expanding educational options for students across the state. Originally designed for low-income families, the program has been expanded to allow more students to apply, regardless of income level.
For the 2024-2025 school year, eligible students can receive up to $7,000 per year to cover tuition and fees at participating private schools. Scholarships are awarded based on a tiered system, with lower-income families receiving priority and higher amounts of funding.
Applications for the Opportunity Scholarship will open February 6th under the North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority (NCSEAA). Families interested in applying or learning more about eligibility requirements can visit ncseaa.edu.
